Our standard production time (not including transit time) is 5 to 10 business days. Once we ship your order, delivery is up to the USPS, FedEx or UPS and/or the shipping method which may be offered during check out.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know how soon we can ship it.
Starting from October 2 until January 23, the shipping companies will be charging an additional shipping surcharges of $0.40 or $0.50 will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
Please be sure to double check your shipping address during check out. Make sure you have selected a delivery location that is secure. USPS, FedEx or UPS are responsible for the delivery of your order once we place it in their possession.
Shipping does not include insurance. If your tracking number shows that your item was delivered but it is not in your mailbox, contact USPS, FedEx or UPS.
We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping.
Please contact us if you need your order sooner than our standard 5 to 10 business day production time frame please go to the contact page and we'll let you know what we can do. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the product(s) or anything else on the order, please include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
